This video provides three examples of how to get started with SQL Server 2008. The video uses SQL Server 2008 R2 Express, but these steps should work with all versions of SQL Server. The first example shows how to create new databases and tables. The second example shows how to find, download, and install the AdventureWorks sample databases. The final step shows how to import data from an Excel spreadsheet. All of these steps show useful skills and patterns in SQL Server Management Studio. Having gotten my hands on the game early(yay for cool management at places I work at), I figured now would be a good time to make my return to doing DLC videos now with RB3 out. These videos are created purely for educational purposes and are not meant to show any level of skill whatsoever. This video is done to help people make a purchase decision about Rock Band 3 and its subsequent DLC. Nothing more. Hopefully Viacom will respect this and not come in and delete this video, as its meant to help the sales of this title. Overall kinda fun to play.
